Mr. Dhanendra Patel, Product Manager for the Sony F35 camera, discussed the camera system and its workflow. The Sony F35 has been used in features as well as numerous other high end projects (including some in 3D) since its introduction in 2008. The F35 represents the highest end of Sony's Digital Cinematography camera lineup. The camera features a Super 35mm CCD imager and PL mount, plus all the tools necessary for high end digital acquisition.

Mr. Michael Bergeron, Strategic Technical Liaison, Panasonic Broadcast provided an in-depth overview of Panasonic's Digital Cinematography solution. The P2 HD VariCam line, including the VariCam 3700 and VariCam 2700 Solid-State Camcorders, offer Master-Quality, 10-Bit 4:2:2 AVC-Intra 100 Recording and Renowned VariCam Film-Like Capabilities.

Following the presentations, representatives from Sony and Panasonic will be offered up-close demos of the latest in Digital Cinematography equipment.
